The Process
1. Purchase your quantity of beef. Prices are based on assumed dressed (hanging) weights. Once your beast has been weighed, we'll advise any outstanding amount payable, or refund due.
2. We'll send you a cutting list for you to have your beef cut and packed just the way you like it.
3. Your order is cut and packed on the day of your delivery for maximum freshness.
After something smaller?
We focus on bulk orders of our beef, so if you're after smaller quantities or individual cuts, please visit our butcher Barry's Meat Co or view a list of our stockists here (coming soon).

Welcome to River Bend Meats, located in the beautiful Hunter Valley. Our story is quite simple. We moved in and got a few roaming lawnmowers to keep the grass down...

Turns out, those lawnmowers tasted really good! So we got a few more, and River Bend Meats was born. Our commitment goes beyond just providing tasty meat products β it's about a way of life rooted in ethical farming practices and a dedication to delivering exceptional quality.
We provide whole, half and quarter yearling beef carcasses to customers who want outstanding, premium cuts of beef. We also wholesale to stockists across the Hunter Valley.
