We're excited to offer you the only Hunter Valley whole beef dressing, cutting and packing service with our delicious and fresh farm-to-table grass-fed beef. It's the most economical way to fill your freezer with beef that will impress the whole family.

Whole body - $15/kg dressed weight - (Butchered, portion cut & packaged and delivered)
We start with an average weight of 180kg dressed (bone-in weight) for a full beef carcass and 90kg for a half beef carcass, which gives us a starting price of $2700 and $1485 respectively, and we take this payment as you checkout the order.

Once we've weighed the beef at our butcher's, we'll be able to inform you of the exact dressed weight and total cost, and will have you either pay the difference, or offer a refund for the difference, whichever is applicable.
When your order is placed, we'll confirm the cutting list preference you've selected below. We'll also ask for your ideal delivery date (to help you organise your meat in advance).
We'll cut, process and bag your meat over 2 days at our Butchers (Barry's Meat Co Cessnock), and our average turnaround time from placing an order and delivering your beef is 1 week.
Delivery will be brought right to your door, anywhere in the Hunter Valley, from Singleton to Newcastle on a day agreed on with you, usually Mon-Fri.
