Looking for a whole lamb carcass that’s packed with flavour? Our grass-fed whole lamb is the perfect choice. Cut fresh to order and prepared just how you like it, this is as close to paddock-to-plate as you can get.

Lamb neck - Whole
Lamb carcasses are assumed to be 25kg dressed weight. If there is a variance in this, we will either arrange a refund for the correct weight, or raise an additional bill if any more is to be paid.
After payment of $450, we will be in touch with you to discuss pickup or delivery options and confirm your cutting requests.
If you would like us to vac-seal the lamb, an additional charge of $25 will apply.
From order to delivery is usually 3 working days for you.
If you live in the Cessnock LGA, cut off for delivery will now be 9am Wednesdays to ensure delivery on Thursdays.
If you live in the Maitland LGA, cut off for delivery will now be 9am Thursdays to ensure delivery on Fridays.
