Traditional Meat Rubs with Australian Raw Cane Sugar. Made in Noosa Hinterland using 65% Australian Ingredients.
Ingredients: Australian Raw Cane Sugar, Australian Sea Salt, Chilli Powder, Onion, Garlic, Paprika, Yellow Mustard Flour, Coriander, Black Pepper, Cumin, Bayleaf, Ginger, Thyme.
Instructions: Use 1 tbsp or more for 500g of protein. For best results rub on proteins and let sit or marinade for at least 30 minutes. Use for BBQ or smoker at maximum of medium-high heat (<200C)
