Best tasting mince I've ever had.

Made some outstanding burgers with the mince and some herbs/seasoning. The taste is unreal, really nice and lean and cooks so well. If you did a side by side with standard supermarket mince, even premium stuff, this will come out on top. Thanks guys!

Amazing taste!

It's amazing how good this beef tastes. It cooks so well, it's really lean with only just a bit of fat, which is perfect for us. It's great knowing it's from a regenerative farm as well.

No more store bought

Amazing mince, not much fat after cooking, great flavour, and not chewy like some mince can be.

The grass-fed, grass-finished difference.

Why is grass-fed, grass-finished beef such a big deal? What does it mean?
Put simply, farmers have the option of feeding their cattle grass, or grain.

Grass-fed means that the cattle are fed grass for their entire grazing life. Grass-finished means there's no sneaking in some grain every now and then, cattle eat only grass until they are harvested.

With grass-fed beef the meat itself is leaner. It has less fat deposited throughout vs grain-fed or grain-finished cattle, so it is healthier meat that's bursting with natural flavour.

Being grass-fed AND finished, our cattle roam freely on lush pastures.  It's also better for the land, improving soil health and cutting down on nasty chemicals. Plus, the cows are happier roaming about our family farm!
