Grass-Fed Beef Short Ribs - 500g

We recently smoked a batch of River Bend Meats' grass-fed, grass-finished beef ribs on the BBQ, and they were hands down the best ribs we've ever had.
The natural flavor of the beef really shone through, no need for heavy seasoning, just salt as the pure taste of the meat took center stage. The ribs were so tender and fell right off the bone.
We’ve tried plenty of ribs before, but these from River Bend Meats are in a league of their own. If you’re a fan of quality beef and enjoy smoking your own meat, we can’t recommend these ribs enough. They’ve set a new standard for us, and we’ll definitely be back for more!
